Bad experience 😡I recently visited a dental hospital and had a very disappointing experience, mainly related to pricing and transparency. The charges for the treatment were unexpectedly high, and no price breakup or prior estimate was provided before starting the procedure. When I asked for a proper invoice or bill, the hospital staff did not provide one, which was quite unprofessional and concerning. Not giving an invoice raises questions about transparency, legitimacy of the charges, and whether the billing is being documented properly. As a patient, I believe it is my right to know exactly what I am being charged for and to receive a valid invoice for any medical service. The overall experience made me feel misled and uncomfortable, and I felt that patient rights and ethical medical practices were not followed.
